The subject of this project is the purchase and installation of new kitchen equipment:

1. Buffet for bread and snacks – 1 pc.
2. Cold fruit buffet – 1 pc.
3. Cold buffet with stainless steel refrigerated countertop – 2 pcs.
4. Hot buffet – 4 pcs.
5. Hot soup buffet – 1 pc.
6. Neutral buffet – 1 pc.
7. Cooker with four gas burners NG/LPG 2×6 kW + 2x9kW – 2 pcs.
8. Smooth gas grill with a closed base underneath. NG/LPG power supply, 14 kW power. – 1 pc.
9. Gas grill with a closed base underneath. NG/LPG fuel, 14 kW power. – 1 pc.
10. Electric deep fryer with two sockets, each with two baskets. – 1 pc.
11. Convection oven with digital control, made entirely of AISI 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel – 2 pcs. + convection oven rack with AISI 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel tray guides – 2 pcs.
